Foster is a Richmond native and has resided in Hanover his entire life. He began his marketing and graphic design career right after high school, while attending college full-time. He graduated from Randolph Macon College in 2013 where he majored in Business and Economics. He also served as a Men’s Basketball Team manager, where he experienced a Sweet Sixteen, Elite Eight, and Final Four appearance. Foster continued to work in Graphic Design and Marketing upon graduating before transitioning his career into the real estate industry, when he began working in Property Management in 2016.
Foster started his real estate career with Drucker and Falk Management, where he excelled at new developments and was consistently one of the top leasing performers in the region. He is considered an expert with new luxury Class-A lease-ups, and during his time with Drucker and Falk, he helped them lease up nine new developments, and also assisted in property acquisitions and dispositions as well. He held numerous positions, including Leasing Specialist, Resident Services Coordinator, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and was also a D&F Mentor and Trainer. Currently, Foster is a Community Manager for BH Management where he manages 301 apartment homes in Richmond, VA. He holds his CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation as well as his Virginia REALTOR® license.
With over 13 years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Real Estate, Foster is now honing his skills into the residential real estate sales world, where he will use his background and expertise in customer service and professionalism to ensure his clients are always his number one priority.

During Foster’s free time, he enjoys golfing, bowling, basketball, and just about anything that involves a competitive nature. While he loves competition, his real joy in life comes from spending time with his daughter Calla and wife Savannah.
